VisualThinkMedia is a collaborative project between husband and wife team, Jeff and Karen Bennett, creating visual explanations for web, print, presentations, training, and more. We’re responsive, careful and experienced.

Jeff does website development and maintenance, internet consulting, and visual explanations. He’s an engineer with an MBA and has worked for large and small high-tech companies, non-profits and as an entrepreneur. Check out his work at DigitalSplashMedia.com.

Karen does mind maps, diagrams, visual summaries, design troubleshooting, training, information architecture, job aids, and more. Visual thinking has helped her improve communication in settings from engineering, programming, and computing to teaching and non-profits. How it Started

The idea for this website came about after I attended the VizThink conference in San Francisco in January 2008. I came away from the conference excited about visual thinking but a lot of the concepts, ideas and terms were new to me. As I explored the world of visual thinking I wanted a place to capture and store what I discovered, and being a web developer, I naturally chose to implement that in a website. The result is this website, which will no doubt evolve and change over time.
